Confirmation of my Gold purchase
We will acknowledge receipt of those funds from verified clients by e-mail and place an immediate order for bullion if we do not have it in stock at the time. Depending on the weather and the level of demand, it can take up to a week to receive the gold from the suppliers. Once the bullion is available for delivery it will be photographed with that day’s newspaper headlines with the date and bullion certificate issued by the refiner. This evidence is e-mailed to you along with a pdf receipt of purchase. The original, signed Guernsey-Gold receipt and refiner certificate will be sent with your bullion if you have elected for it to be delivered. We will ask you to sign and return a duplicate of the receipt to confirm that you have safely received the order. Our receipt will state the type, quantity and identification number of each bar or in the case of coins will simply state the type and quantity.
If bullion is stored then you will still receive photographic evidence and a receipt from us which can be used for collection purposes if so desired at a later date. We will keep the refiner certificate if the bullion is being stored and hold it separately in a different secure location away from both our registered office and where the gold is stored.
